Ugandan Artistes Join Tyler Perry's 'He's Got the Whole World in His Hands' Challenge

There is a trending challenge all over social media called ‘He's Got the Whole World’ aimed at spreading joy and lifting people's hope during these challenging times.

A number of Ugandan artistes have jumped on the challenge to add a voice to tell the whole world how small we really are in all this, and why we have to trust that it's all in God's hands.

Artistes like Lilian Mbabazi, Rema Namakula, Iryn Namubiru, Irene Ntale have recorded their videos and shared them on social media.

The now viral hashtag was initiated by Director and producer Tyler Perry on March 22nd, also tagging his celebrity friends, challenging them to record themselves singing this song to help everyone keep calm during this Corona Virus pandemic.

"It’s my hope that we add to this simple song in every language from every nation, as we let it become a prayer for our whole world! God bless you today. And remember it’s all in God’s hands!" Tyler Perry captioned the video.

The trending video has over one million views on Instagram and has attracted more people to take part in this challenge.

Among those featured in his video are; Caren Clark Sheard, Kierra Sheard, Yolanda Adams, Johnny Gill, Tamela Mann, Fantasia Barrino, Jennifer Hudson, Travis Greene, Usher, Mariah Carey, Oprah Winfrey and others.
