Diamond Shares How Wasafi Crew is Managing 14-Day Quarantine [Video]

Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz has shared how his Wasafi family is coping while on a 14-day quarantine against Coronavirus.
In a video shared by Wasafi Media, Diamond is seen leaving his house heading to the quarantine facility.
By press time, the Wasafi crew was in quarantine for the 9th day.

Diamond alongside other Wasafi crew members were forced to go into quarantine after returning from Europe last week.
The crew chose to self-isolate after Diamond’s manager Sallam SK tested positive for the virus.
Diamond was scheduled to perform in various cities across Europe but the shows were canceled as a precautionary measure to curb the spread of Covid-19 spread.
While on his way to the isolation facility, Diamond divulged that the Wasafi team might have been exposed while in Paris, France for a show.
Notably, Diamond insists on the importance of self-isolation to avoid infecting others.
After checking into the facility, Diamond can be seen guiding his colleagues on how to check for the symptoms and the importance of maintaining social distance.
The group is seen recording the temperature of each member since it is a key symptom in determining if one has been infected.
Apart from Diamond’s manager, veteran rapper Mwana FA has also been infected with the virus.
On Sunday, Mwana FA said he was doing while still in self-isolation in Tanzania.
