UGANDA: Sensational Rapper, Saint Nelly Sade finally drops the 2019 Rap-Up.

Every beginning of the year, we expect a song from luga-flow rapper, Saint Nelly Sade breaking down the famous events that made headlines in the previous year.

This year 2019's 'Rap Up, the rapper lyrically opens the hilarious 8 minutes jam with Bobi Wine's 'Tuliyambala Egule' song that caused a stir in the political scene.

He goes on to rap about Gravity Omutujju's shooting saga, the war of words between Cindy and Sheebah, the 27 guns movie, the 'Miss Curvy' saga, Eddy Kenzo's breakup with now ex-lover, Rema Namakula, the rise of Fresh Kid and his father Fresh Daddy, the cow registration, Butcherman and Catherine Kusasira's presidential appointment, Sheilah Gashumba-God's Plan-Grenade saga, Uganda Airlines, the Anti-corruption walk, the tribute to the party goers who lost their lives on a boat cruise among others.

Nelly-Sade is one of the successful Luga-flow rappers thanks to his poetic prowess.

His friends nicknamed him, Saint, because he does not drink or smoke. Nelly comes from “Nelson” which is his real name. His birth name is Nsubuga Nelson. Sade was a name of someone who was so dear to him but past away. In her memory, he decided to use the name.

Nelly Sade started his career in early senior Two, rapping in English before switching to Luganda. He is currently one of the few artists that have tried to promote rap in indigenous languages.

He is commonly known for the Rap-Up songs he has been doing for the past four years, songs like Nzijukira, Ebaluwa and many others.
