Hammer Q - The magician voice.
Born and raised as a vocalist in Zanzibar,
Hammer Q has been doing music for over a decade.
Coming from traditional Taarab and roots he has been influenced by Afro Fusion and Bongo Fleva,
making his music a unique fusion of different cultural and pop-culture influences. Working with major artists from Zanzibar and Tanzania like Abdala Issa, Seif Salum and Siti Binti Saad as well as winning the “Modern Music” Category of Kilimusic Awards 2007 Hammer Q managed to gain a high standard musical profile.
