Davido's concert cancelled due to large fan turnout!

What a way to know how massive your effect is as an artist than to have a concert cancelled due to a massive turn out of fans; Skelewu” hit maker Davido learn't this first hand after he was pushed to apologize to his angry fans when his New York show was cancelled by the New York police Department due to security concerns.
The police were concerned by the large number of fans who thronged the concert venue exceeding the capacity which prompted them to shut down the concert which was scheduled for the night of March 28 at Pulse 48, Brooklyn.
Fans going to the show shut down two streets in Brooklyn, creating a major traffic jam.
After the show was cancelled, the Nigerian hit maker took to twitter to apologize to his fans who had reportedly paid huge sums of money to attend the much hyped concert,

“Damn My NY was too packed police shut it down!! The love and support that came out was overwhelming!!! I will be back ! Really sad!,” he tweeted the following day.
Despite the concert cancellation in New York which was to be the first concert in his US/Canada tour, Davido still continued with his tour with concerts in D.C and Minnesota over the weekend and is expected to make a final stop in Toronto, Canada on the 5th of April.
