Nigeria Elections 2023: Burna Boy Reveals Why He Has Not Been Vocal On Preferred Candidate - Mdundo Alt.Grammy-award-winning music star Burna Boy has issued a statement explaining his silence and neutrality in the ongoing Nigerian general elections. This comes shortly after a section of netizens called out the singer among other Nigerian celebrities for not being vocal on the crucial democratic exercise.
The 'Last Last' hitmaker pointed out that he does not have a preferred candidate in the elections. Burna Boy further noted that it has never been his intention to influence voting in Nigeria. He, nonetheless, wished success to all the candidates adding that every vote should count.
