"We are happy for Octopizzo" shares YGB

YGB which is an acronym for Young Gifted and Black, is a hip hop group t composed of rappers drawn from the informal settlements around Nairobi; It is the group through which rapper Octoppizo was able to gain some foundation for his music career.
In an interview with Citizen Radio’s Willy M Tuva on his popular Mambo Mseto show, two of the group’s members Slumdeezy and Virusi opened up about their history and the major plans they have for 2014 clearing their beef with Octopizzo.
“2014 is our year to take over, we have a new single out called “Loose yourself” that is doing very well and we are also planning on releasing an album at the end of May,” Slumdeezy said
“We are happy for Octopizzo, but what we are against is him spreading lies about us and saying bad things about YGB, YGB is a group and when Octopizzo left we decided to continue with our thing. There is no way one person pulling out could have paralyzed the group,” they further went on to add.
The group were amongst the first people to react to Khaligraphs diss track directed to Octopizzo and you can rewatch the reaction below.
