UGANDA:Angella Katatumba Donates 15 Million UGX To The Uganda Cancer Institute

Singer and Philanthropist Angella Katatumba of the 'Mulago Yaffe' fame on tuesday morning 2nd august 2016, handed over a 15 Million UGX cheque to Crown Healthcare UG Ltd to buy the necessary equipment needed for the Cancer patients at the Uganda Cancer Insititute.
In attendance was H.E Dr Boney Katatumba(Angela's father ), Victoria Walusansa the Assistant Director of Uganda Cancer Insititute, Christine Namulindwa the PRO of Uganda Cancer Insititute, doctors, nurses and various journalists.

The 15 Million Ugx is from the proceeds of Angella's extremely successful sold out concert, three weeks ago on July 1st 2016 at the Kampala Serena Hotel.

Angella has promised, God willing, to continue with her awareness campaign as the Face of Uganda Cancer Insititute in the fight against cancer.
