Sura Hasira a.k.a KDF wa MTA is a Hip Hop artist based in Mombasa.
He started his musical career in 2005 in a two member group, GHETTO MSOTO
which was based in Kilifi With his hommie from the lakeside, Gozgozzi.
In 2006,due to unavoidable Circumstances, Gozgozzi decided to go back to
Kisumu. Due to his love of music, Sura Hasira changed base and moved to
Mombasa where he joined the group CBL founded by his step brother Peace a.k.a
Dogg Kubwa which was based in Mtwapa.
With CBL and MATABIBU(a subsidiary of cbl) Sura Hasira managed to record
Various tracks.Due to some group wrangles and misunderstandings, Sura
Hasira left CBL in 2007 to concentrate on solo projects. In 2008, Sura Hasira left
the music scene to pressure His college studies, a three years Diploma in Human
Resource Management. After college, He was not keen in returning to the game
though He still wrote music.
In 2016, Sura Hasira decided to get back in the game as a solo artist so as to
release his First debut album under Berracca Media Production and Chini
Ya Maji Records both in Mombasa.
He has so far done various tracks including the already released KWANGU
KWAKO which you can download here.
