UGANDA: Mbarara Town Sets Date For Its Second Annual City Carnival.

Mbarara Municipal Council has again set a date for the next Mbarara City Carnival which will be. July 17, 2016. This date has been specially selected for the City Carnival which will be painting the streets of Mbarara red for the second time in a row.
The first Mbarara City Carnival happened on August 9, 2015 with the then City Mayor Wilson Tumwine being the chief Guest and host at the same time. Many people attended the event in droves filling the streets of the land of milk and gorgeous women!
Lots of fun is expected with a numerous number of artists from Kampala and Mbarara, last year’s concert had "Dr Jose Chameleone" as the biggest act with loads of other artists from the Western Region. Many niceties were in the viscinity ranging from Ice cream, outfits, wine, drinks, food and alot more.
The newly sworn in Mayor Kakyebezi Robert Aka “etaara” will grace the concert alongside popular bigwigs in the city who include Barya, Kafooko Fred, Kasaka and politicians including Tusiime Michael and Medard Bitekyerezo.
The party never stops in Mbarara town!
