Artist of the day: Kayvo Kforce

Kayvo Kforce is a Kenyan Hip-hop artist,who initially started out as an underground act,reason being that he felt the predominant market, wouldn’t impart what he wanted to;This was however a miscalculation since he found out that the market had an appetite for his type of music.
Born in the 80's in the sprawling slum of Kibera he draw all the inspiration for his music from there and exults this background, claiming that it moulded him into the current person he is.
"I do real music and that's how i would describe my music people have created the perception that i'm a hardcore rapper but i wouldn't say so i just put it as it is"
Drawing his inspiration from K-Shaka and K-south, Kayvo has lived up to his words and up to date is consistent with inspirational music encoded with a message.
He has done a number of collaborations with a variety of artists without ever loosing impulse,and his hit “Napenda Hip-hop” made fans everywhere burst in praise and recognition of his ability in music.
Neither underrated,nor overrated,Kayvo does what he loves how he knows how to,He recently dropped his latest song,Moto which is getting a reassuring response towering by the day.
