Tanzanian songstress Ray C pours out her heart to fans and promises a comeback

Famed for her mellow taarab kind of voice,Tanzanian songstress Rehema Chalamila populary known as Ray C is planning a major comeback into music scene.
Several years ago, the “Uko wapi” hit maker was one of the most sought after musicians in Bongoland and across the East African region, but her blossoming music career came to an abrupt halt after the controversial songstress became a slave to hard drugs leaving her family no option but to have her undergo rehabilitation which luckily came through for her.

Towards the end of last year, there were rumours and speculations going round that she had gotten saved and so far no clarifications have been made however she had revealed that her first album which is expected to be released in the course of this year was complete.
The award winning songstress is famed for hits such as 'Na wewe milele' and 'sogea sogea'.
