UGANDA: BYG BEN OMUMASABA

Byg Ben is a local hip hop artist from the eastern part of Uganda, Mbale, and is taking the country by storm, so far he has been recognized for his famous single ‘ndolelele’ which is a Lugisu word  literally meaning  ‘WATCH ME’

This ep album ‘NDURA’ has six songs which include; khenisisakule, mbawo, ndolelele and others where he teams up with songstress Sharon Sento forming the sing rap-duo. Byg ben does the rapping both in English and Lugisu clearly bringing a mix and balance to both languages with artistry not often seen with most of the artists in Uganda while the vocals of Sharon sento are soothing and calming as well as touching that u cannot fail to sit down and listen.

He is a new kid on the block and so far he seems to be turning heads lets hope he stays that way and even gets even better.
