KENYA: Why it Took a Long Time For Bien of Sauti Sol to Come Clean About His Relationship

It’s now been just about three months since Bien Aime Baraza of Sauti Sol introduced his Nigerian girlfriend Chiki Onwukwe to the world and in the process shuttering the hearts of thousands of ladies who thought they had a chance.

And while most of people thought it was a new relationship, probably barely half a year since they got together, you’d be surprised to learn that the two have actually been together for more than a year and a half.

This has had many people questioning as to why and how Bien managed to keep the relationship a secret for so long. Especially seeing as he’s considered such a big celebrity and can rarely enjoy a private moment in public.

And while we don’t know how he managed to keep it secret, we know why he did it and it’s actually a pretty valid reason.

“We have been dating for the past one-and-a-half years but we wanted to enjoy our relationship first before making it public to everyone else,” he told Showbuzz.

And going by the looks of things, this strategy has worked wonders with the two looking closer than they’ve ever been before.
