HIPHOP TUESDAYS: Ladies Man Kagwe Mungai and Muthoni Drummer Queen Turn Up the Heat in New Collabo 'Hot This Year'

Kagwe Mungai is one of the few unappreciated and underrated lyrical geniuses around and along with Muthoni the Drummer Queen whose delivery is unmatched by no other female rapper in the game, the two are a lethal combination waiting to happen and thank the Big Man upstairs that its finally happened.

Individually the two are no doubt two of the most notable artists in the music industry. Kagwe Mungai can be credited for hits like ‘Creeper’, ‘Give it to Me’ Featuring King Kaka and also for the production of the record breaking ‘Nishike’ music video by Sauti Sol. There’s no doubt he’s made of pure talent.

Muthoni Drummer Queen on the other hand is right at the top of the list of the biggest Femcees, going toe to toe with some of the biggest names in rap the likes of Octopizzo, Khaligraph Jones and M.I. from Nigeria.

Their new jam ‘Hot This Year’ is already up there as one of the biggest collaborations of 2016 so far (along with Khaligraph and Kantai) and it will no doubt be a contender even as we close the year.
