KENYA: A Stunning Victoria Kimani Takes it 'All the Way' With South African Rapper Khuli Chana
22 January 2016

There’s no doubt Victoria Kimani has with her the arsenal to make her not just a superstar but a mega-superstar.
From her voice, her style of dressing and her staggering good looks, there are many ways the ‘Mtoto’ songstress can turn heads and so far it seems to be working out well for her.
Many questioned her decision to sign for a Nigerian Record Label and even base herself in a country that is not her own.
Some said the decision was made in regards to the stability of the Nigerian Music industry compared to Kenya’s. It’s no doubt Nigerian artists make a lot more money than Kenyan artists, but there was still doubt as to whether the move would work out well for Victoria.
The fear was then that many Kenyans would not identify with her like they would with local-based artists and that Nigerians would only go for their own regardless.
But looking at her now, it is clear there’s no regret towards that decision. Not only do Kenyan fans love and appreciate her music, she’s also created a Nigerian fan-base that identifies with her music and perhaps part of that is because she sings in the Nigerian dialect in some of her songs.

In her new song ‘All the Way’ featuring South African rapper Khuli Chana, Victoria yet again switches to the Nigerian dialect mixing it with a bit of English and delivers quite well in the end.
I have to say I could hardly keep my eyes off her in the new video, she looks stunning all the way to the end (see what I did there). And the South African rapper Khuli Chana also brings the fire in his rap.
All in all it’s a great collaboration and one that should be receiving a lot of airplay soon,
