KENYA: Gospel Rapper Maluda Ends the 'Who is King' Debate in his New Song 'Glory to the King' Featuring Kayvo Kayforce

Gospel rapper Maluda has launched his 2016 with new jam ‘Glory to the King’ featuring Kayvo Kayforce. And you know when two gifted rappers like that come together it’s bound to be a great hit.

In 2015 the rapper coupled together with rapper Khaligraph Jones in the song ‘Have Mercy’ and with Gospel rapper Juliani in ‘Easy’. In those songs he proved that he could hold his own even among the ‘competition’. And he continues to do so in his new song with the lyrically talented Kayvo Kayforce.

Speaking to Mdundo Maluda said ‘Glory to the King’ is his response to the ‘Who is King’ debate that sparked last year, that saw rappers like Khaligraph, Juliani and Rabbit beef endlessly over the title of ‘King’ of rap in Kenya.

"My new release is called Glory To The King of late there has been the whole debate about who is king and i felt like i should step in and make it clear who is the real King..this is the third single off my soon to drop Ep titled ‘Lamp On A Stand’. The first 2 songs (Easy ft Juliani and Have Mercy ft Khaligraph Jones) are on http://mdundo.com , 3 more songs left they will all be on mdundo exclusively. The video to this single is dropping on the 19th on Tuesday."
