Chris Adwar 'friendzoned'

Singer,songwriter,producer and leader of The Villagers Band Chris Adwar has a new video out.

The single dubbed “Best Friend” was directed by Enos Olik starring the likes of Jason Runo and the popular Papa Shirandula actress Jacky Vike a.k.a Awinja.

For the first time in after a long while we’re seeing the spectacular live performer stray away from the Villagers Band to pursue his own vocal experiment, an interesting risk on his part, but definitely might pay off.

In this video, Chris Adwar plays the role of Jacky's best friend while she and Jason are in a bad relationship. The whole video revolves around this particular theme where Chris has feelings for Jacky but she doesn't take notice; a position popularly known as “the friend zone”

The vocals are on point and yeah we hope to hear more from him as he explores going solo on his career.
