NEWS (KENYA): Sauti Sol Nominated For Africa's Most Stylish Male Artiste Award

The stage is set for Sauti Sol as they are set to attend the Abryanz Style and Fashion awards taking place December 12 in Kampala, Uganda.

It’s no secret Sauti Sol are Kenya’s most decorated artists, having won an award for almost every year since they first came into the music industry in 2009.

However it was last year that they achieved their biggest accolade yet, winning the MTV EMA Award for Best African Act, which was Kenya’s first award of its kind.

And it would have been another year of greatness for the Afro-pop boy-band if they hadn’t missed out on the BET Award for the Best International Act in 2015, which would also have been Kenya’s first Award of its kind.

But as fate would have it, the group bounced back to win the 2015 AFRIMMA Award for the Best Group, leaving Nigeria’s P-square squarely in the dust.

And this weekend, the group will have another chance to bag yet another award though not wholly related to their body of work.

Sauti Sol will be in Kampala, Uganda this weekend, attending the Abryanz Style and Fashion awards where they will have a chance to grab the award for the Most Stylish Male Artiste.

The Kenyan will have stiff competition as they will face off with Tanzania’s Diamond Platnumz and Ali Kiba and Eddy Kenzo from Uganda.
