UGANDA: 'Sitya Loss' Dance Kids Set to Release New Song to Commemorate the Passing of their Own

Last week Award winning Ugandan Artist Eddy Kenzo shared the tragic news of Alex Ssempijja, one of the kids famed for the smash hit ‘Sitya Loss’ dance video by Ghetto Kids, had passed away in a tragic road accident.

The same accident also left Patricia, who was also in the ‘Sitya Loss’ dance video, in serious condition at the hospital and unable to attend her colleague’s funeral.

Since then many Ugandans, Africans and people the world over who loved the Ghetto kids’ performance have flooded to Twitter under #PrayForPatricia and issued their heartfelt condolences and quick recovery for Patricia.

But that’s not all. The remainder of the Ghetto Kids have announced that they will be releasing a new song to commemorate their departed friend Alex.

The song which is set to be released soon will be produced by Badi Studio producer Nessim.

The message they posted on Instagram to Patricia was, “After all the pain we have gone through losing our brother Alex, today we have decided to put our emotions into a song for him. It was not easy recording this at all.”
