Nairobi is the town that never sleeps especially from Wednesdays which ushers in the weekend. For those of you who can afford to party in Njaanuary check out some of the events happening this weekend.
Get a taste of the weekend tonight at Choices. Dubbed ‘Time Flight’ will be an experience that never disappoints. Come and dance to the best old skul hit music from the 70s and 80s played by DJs Maurice and King George the Old Skul specialist. Starts at 8pm and the entrance is free.
Special Wednesday at Tree House featuring the best Kenyan percussionist. Carry your drum if you can because it’s going to be a special Wednesday! Entry is 500 bob
It’s Jazz Raoke at Santa Fe Lounge Westlands tonight. Your hosts will be Sikin and Freddie DJ Abstrakt on the decks. Starts at 9pm to 4am. Don’t miss out!
Thursday Nite Live at choices featuring Mdundo signed group Elani. After their debut album last year December you now have a chance to watch the talented trio perform live. Come and enjoy quality music from 8pm till late. Entry is free.
Every Thursday at Tree House it’s Nairobi Live. This week come and enjoy live performance from the Sarabi Band.
New Jack Swing Friday reloaded is back again this week. Dropping best of oldies soul and classic new jack swing this Friday come swing by as you enjoy best of refreshments and meals in town as you rewind back to the good times with DJ Nemesizz at the Office bar and lounge.
