PRINCE HELLY FOUNDATION SIGNS NEW PRIVATE BODYGUARD IN LATE-NIGHT AGREEMENT

LIRA, UGANDA | 19th August 2026 — The *Prince Helly Foundation (PHF)* has announced the signing of a new private bodyguard for its CEO, Prince Helly, in a move aimed at strengthening personal security and ensuring the smooth running of foundation activities across the country.
The security agreement was officially signed on *Monday, 18th August 2026 at 11:00 PM* at *Hotel Good News* in a closed-door ceremony attended by senior PHF officials and legal representatives.
Speaking after the signing, a PHF spokesperson said the decision reflects the foundation’s commitment to safety as it continues to expand its community programs, including sports, youth empowerment, and charity outreaches.
> “With the increasing number of PHF projects and public engagements, it is important that we prioritize the safety of our leadership. This partnership ensures that Prince Helly can continue serving the community without compromise,” the spokesperson stated.
The newly appointed bodyguard brings years of experience in close protection, event security, and VIP safety management. The agreement outlines 24/7 protection, coordination with PHF event teams, and support during foundation activities such as the upcoming *UZIMA CHICKEN SUPPORT PROGRAM*
Prince Helly, founder of PHF, has been at the forefront of community service under the motto *"One Family, One Voice."* The foundation has recently gained attention for its work with youth through *Amononeno United FC* and other grassroots initiatives.
Hotel Good News management confirmed that the venue was secured for the private signing and commended PHF for its professionalism.
The Prince Helly Foundation reiterated that all security operations will be conducted within the laws of Uganda and in line with its values of discipline, respect, and service.
