ALBUM REVIEW : Is Travis Scott's New Album Really Worth Your Ears?

I never jump in to give myself tags when it comes to music preference; I am nota hip hop head, a Jazz afficionado, a trap king or an RnB lover. I simply I'm a music enthusiast. Why? Well, simply because I feel like until you completely know the anatomy of a particular subject, you cannot claim true habitue. But that's simply my opinion so you need not adopt the idea.

EDITOR'S NOTE - 2015 VMAs : The Good, The Bad And The Music 01 September
That said, I do from time to time listen to different genres knowing their history stretches beyond history itself and still afford the words, 'this is sh**....' or 'this is the sh**...', 'I don't like this element' etcetera. Hence why today I'll take a different approach in reviewing Travis Scott's debut album, 'Rodeo'

Summary: The debut full-length studio release for Houston hip-hop artist features guest appearances from 2 Chainz, Justin Bieber, Chief Keef, Juicy J, Swae Lee, Quavo, Toro y Moi, The Weeknd, Kanye West, and Young Thug. Below are sentiments I came across during my long romantic walks over the internet:

I have played the album all morning long trying to cut open 'Rodeo' and see what state of mind Travis was in, but with little luck. Like I said, I have very liitle knowledge on hip hop music so I refrain from making 'knee-jack' statements. My favourite song off 'Rodeo' so far is 'Pray For Love' featuring The Weekend (he could be why I love it). All in all, if you have good speakers and wish to explore their full potential, 'Rodeo' is it!
