Being an avid fan of everything music below is a list of the best remixes that we’ve seen in the Kenyan music scene this year.
#1 Ligi Soo Remix – Lets all hail the king Rabbit. The original song was a massive hit and with 10 artists on the remix it’s still topping charts. Jay A, Mejja, Chiwawa & Madtraxx nailed it but the female version by Petra, Shikow Femi1, Raz, LyraOko and Wangechi was just the one.
#2 Badder Than Most Remix – Two big dancehall artists came together and gave us a club banger that is topping charts not only in Kenya but also in Jamaica. Redsan and Demarco in one track then you don’t expect anything less.
#3 Biashara Remix – The original song by STL was released in 2009 and she decided to bring back the song featuring Kristoff and Khaligraph Jones imid this year and with this three lyrical masters in one track you have yourself a massive tune.
#4 Khadija Remix – Originally by Wyre who’s been in the game for a while and still proving to be one of the best male artists in Kenya. In this remix he featured Juacali another heavyweight in the industry and the song has been received well since the release in April this year.
#5 Dumbala Remix – I can’t stress enough about this song,if you’ve not listened to it yet, check it on Mdundo and download the song then will discuss it after you’ve listened to Jay A, Sage, DNA, Madtraxx, V6 and Kenrazy all on one track.
