CHARTS (UGANDA): Tides Are Changing In The Top Ten Ugandan Artists Chart!

This week in the top ten artists from then Pearl of Africa, we see an intensive makeover that would have even Caityln Jenner impressed! Well, apart from the usual chart toppers, Radio and Weasel, all other names on the chart are boder-line foreign and at this rate, I wouldn't be crucified if I said even the almighty duo of Radio & Weasel may tumble from the throne!
