Willy Paul has announced the release of his new album on Tuesday, April 30.

The new album which will feature Nigerian Afrobeats artists Iyanya in one of the songs has taken Willy Paul two years to put together.

In piecemeal posts on his Instagram posts, the “Toto” hitmaker also disclosed that he is featuring a Jamaican artist. Most of his fans are speculating that it could be Jamaican reggae sensation ‘Alaine.’

In a recent interview with media personality Kalondu Musyimi, he disclosed that Alaine is his all-time favourite artist to collaborate with.

She collaborated with Willy Paul in ‘I Do’ and ‘Shado Mado’ and speculation is now rife that she could be the Jamaican artist in Willy Paul’s forthcoming album.

“Best Album I've Done So Far. 2yrs Of No Sleep... Finally 30th Of April It's Going Live. Are Y'all Ready For This,” he posted.

“Well well well, Here's One Of The Many International Features That Are On My Soon To Be Released Album.. @tommyleesparta Told You It's a Big One Fam. JAMAICA,” he wrote in a different post.

He describes this album as a masterpiece that will reinforce his earlier stand that he is by far the best Kenyan artist.

This will be his third album after ‘Songs of Solomon’ (2020) and his second album ‘The African Experience’ released in 2022.

It is in his debut album that he featured Alaine in ‘I Do’ and ‘Shado Mado’.
