Jose Chameleone Announces Two-Day Concert in Kampala

Award-winning Ugandan artist Jose Chameleone has officially announced that he will hold a two-day music concert at the Kampala Serena Hotel.
The concert dubbed Legend in Gold Sauti Ya Simba, is scheduled for August 30th and 31st. Tickets for the event will go for UShs390K ($100).
This announcement follows the success of his previous concert, dubbed Ggwanga Mujje, held at Lugogo Cricket Oval on February 24, 2023.
The event attracted thousands of fans from diverse backgrounds, affirming Chameleone's enduring appeal across generations.
Music pundits said the 44-year-old Ugandan singer proved his significance in Uganda’s music industry by filling up Lugogo Cricket Oval.
Fenon Events, renowned for their expertise in event management, played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the concert with impeccable staging, sound, and lighting, enhancing Chameleone's legendary status.
The concert itself was a spectacle to behold, with Chameleone captivating the audience from the moment he stepped on stage, kicking off the show with his iconic hits like 'Wale Wale' and 'Kipepeo'.
He thrilled fans with a medley of his popular songs from his extensive music catalog. He also reminded the audience of good old times with a live performance of songs such as 'Kuma Obwesigwa', 'Mama Mia', 'Valu Valu', and 'Badilisha'.
The highlight of the event was a surprise video message from his children in Minnesota, US. They appreciated him for the sacrifice he always made to make them happy and spend time with them.
With his upcoming two-day concert, Chameleone continues to cement his legacy as a trailblazer in the Ugandan music industry, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of fans worldwide.
