Kush Tracey otherwise known as Teresia Ndoti is a 21 year old female rapper who has been recently causing ripples on Kenyan music scene with her hit song “Huwezi Ni Dandia”. This musical phenomenon started her musical journey in 2013, under her former label, Sub Sahara, in a group called military swag.
Her first song “Chikicha” released last year was very well received, building her a strong following on the online platform. Working in a genre favoring few female artists, she stands out with her unique style of rap.
The song “Huwezi Ni Dandia” ,formerly done by Kristoff, Rabbit and Frasha under Pacho, was inspired by her urge to empower women; in spite of the original song being quite the hit, Kush Tracey felt the comparison between them and the odd way in which public transport was hitched, was demeaning.

In her short career, Kush has already worked with the likes of Kisumu based heavyweight artist n Xpat Mkwanja on the song ‘Money Sense’ produced by Dillie, Mr Filter of the legendary Wakimbizi Duo and the song ‘Buda Boss’ produced at GrandPa Records. She is currently signed under Click Media Group, mentored by video director Ricky Bekko, producer Amos & George Jillo.
Kush Tracey is currently working on solo projects and more collaborations, as she is planning to release three more staggering visuals before the end of the year.
