It’s December already and the ‘festive mood’ to party every day is about to kick in.

Below is a list of some of the events you need to attend to start off your December in style.
Starting today, Thursday Nite Live at Choices is on featuring the female pioneer of Kenyan music ‘Mercy Myra. Born to sing, she is one of the few RnB artists in Kenya. Come and enjoy good music from this diva from 8pm-11pm and the entrance is free.
At Michael Joseph Centre Westlands tomorrow, ‘From Koo to Core’ is an event for all music lovers organized by Penya Africa. Come and experience the immense talent from and fresh sound from the students at Sauti Academy. Entrance is 400 advance and 500 at the gate.
Nairobi Live at Tree House club Thursday 5th free.
On Friday December 6th come down to Karura Forest and enjoy a classy affair with live music from the lovely Denise Gordon and the super talented Winyo. Advance tickets go for 1000 bob and at the gate 1,500.
Friday night the big album launch is going down at the Alliance Française. Join Mdundo’s signed group Elani as they launch their new album. Come and enjoy great music from the talented urban afro band, tickets will be 500 and 800 plus the album.
Saturday 7th it’s the ‘Gospel Karaoke Fun Day’ at the international Christian center, Nairobi West. Theme; Christ is born.
Entrance is 200 bob for adults and 100 for kids.
