Your favourite Sabi girl Ayra Starr continues to transcend the Nigerian music landscape in majestic strides and she has an Amapiano blended track in the works.
Ayra told her fans that she was getting on with a new track in a recent Instagram live session and she gave them a snippet of what to expect.

From the teaser, the song had a captivating, fast-paced Amapiano beat in addition to the signature ‘Sabi’ melody now associated with Ayra.
It is a departure from her Afrosoul/Afrobeats that the world now appreciates her for. The Amapiano blend shows how versatile and talented she is as an artist ready to provide music based on the latest market trends.


She joins the bandwagon of Naija artists increasingly doing Amapiano music, or at least, blending it with the home developed Afrobeats.
With this untitled hit so far, she joins Asake, Olamide, Tiwa Savage and Zinoleesky among many other Nigerian artists sampling the South African genre in their songs.

It will be the third release this year after ‘Sability’ and most recently ‘Stars’. Just like she enjoyed massive success with ‘Rush’ which is among the most streamed songs on YouTube in Nigerian history, ‘Sability’ is equally great and following a similar path.

In addition, this song comes on the backdrop of her features by UK rapper Stormzy (Need You) and Darkoo (Disturbing U).
