Frasha: one of the most influential artists of our time who changed the Kenyan music space by giving music listeners another way of experiencing music. He managed to take rhyme and wordplay, combine it with instrumentals and inject the two with his personality which hence gave it a soul. He made rap make sense!
Point Blank: an infamous rapper who could easily be one of the best East African rappers. He is a master wordsmith who makes rap sound like soul music with consistent content in his bars which he effortlessly shoots out of his mouth in a calm nature. Back in 2009 he earned the title of the best Kenyan Emcee after winning the Emcee Africa 2 competition against some of the best music acts you currently know of. Point Blank is rap!
For this reason Mdundo saw it fit to have the two host the 2015 Mdundo Music Awards for their success in the space and knowledge of the music field.
