It’s an internet service consumer education and awareness campaign on social media platforms by Zuku.

The home entertainment and communication service provider are giving its users chance to freely share personal testimonies with the company. If you have been experiencing terrible services you can now report.

But hey, it’s NOT a complaint form, it’s an open platform which means you can as well share your good stories and give Zuku a big hug online.

Someone close was arguing that innovation doesn’t come from asking customers what they want. I can’t affirm that, but the last time you gave your feedback, or an opinion to a company, did they act on it?

So what’s the takeaway here, I think competitors are paying people to troll Zuku and lie about how much they like the service, because corporate world is cut-throat, and poor Zuku is a victim of cyberbullying. Maybe.
