Amaarae Shares Details of Upcoming Album 'Fountain Baby'

Ghanaian singer Amaarae is set to release a new album ‘Fountain Baby’ soon. 

While appreciating the love and support that fans show her, she announced in an Instagram post that she has new music lined up for them. “Fountain Baby, The Album, Coming Soon. I love you,” she captioned the reel. 

From the reel, ‘Fountain Baby’ is sensual in nature and carries with it the perfect mood to set a romantic theme. The R&B and Afropop/soul singer has made a name in and out of Ghana with her musical exploits. 

'Fountain Baby' will be her second album following her debut ‘The Angel You Don't Know’  which was released in 2020. The 14-track debut album was a huge success. Her fans received it with Open arms and ‘Sad Girls Luv Money’ off the project remains her most popular song. She did a remix of the song in 2022 featuring Kali Uchis, and Moliy. ‘‘The Angel You Don't Know’ is an artistic representation of the lows and highs she has experienced in her love life. 

“Fountain Baby’ will be Amaarae’s first musical offering for 2023 after her last single release ‘A Body, A Coffin’ in 2022. More details of the 'Fountain Baby' album have not been shared by the singer but fans are hoping that her 'soon' means a few weeks or a couple of months.
