Highlights of the week in the music scene

The last week of the month has finally come to an end and now we usher in one of the most anticipated months of the year, December where Kenya gets to celebrate it's Jubilee; and it seems that artists have decided to give us a taste of good music to help us enjoy the festive season.

This week saw the release of a new single from Chanel O nominated VMA boy group P-Unit titled ‘L.O.V.E’ and one which they describe as out of the box and fans will not believe it’s them.

We also have a leak of Sauti Sol’s new single with Tanzanian music sensation Hussein Machozi ‘Utapenda’ and based on the continuous buzz caused by this song I can confidently say this song will be a major hit.

Khaligraph also gave us a taste of his versatility and prowess through his new single ‘Ulimwengu Wa Leo’ he clearly is at the top of his game.

In the charts gospel music seems to be taking over the top10 spots, but we had several new songs making their way into the top 25 most downloaded songs. Below is a list of the songs
