Shatta Wale Releases New Single "Cash Out" - Listen

Shatta Wale became the talk of the town Monday following the release of a new song ‘Cash Out’ off his soon-to-be-released ‘Gift of God’ album. 

The whole song borders on making money and living a complete life of opulence. Gold Up Music, a renowned producer worked with the Ghanaian dancehall star in producing the song. Gold Up has worked with big dancehall acts such as Busy Signal, Elephant Man, and Konshens among other Jamaican dancehall stars.  He released the song to mark his 38th birthday.

‘Gift of God’ album is Wale’s fifth and last album in his 18 years of doing music. It sums up his legacy. The creativity in the album is something to watch out for. Some of the big acts he has featured include Nigeria’s Tiwa Savage, Wizkid and Joeboy. He also features Sarkodie, Samini and Stonebwoy.

He recently described the whole meaning of this album on his Instagram.  “This is a story you need to know, A story That Has Never Been Told. A life of a man that is pure as Gold.  A man who fought for the masses, A man a who sacrificed himself for the masses. A man who chose God’s way over man’s dictations,” he said.
