After the successful release of his sixth studio album, ‘Love Damini’ Afrobeat star Burna Boy is looking at making history in the UK in 2023 at the Wembley Stadium.
Burna Boy is looking at filling up the 90,000-capacity stadium for his concert in 2023. The caption ‘Wembley Stadium 2023’ shared on his Instagram page indicates that the superstar singer has already set his eyes on making this come to fruition.
The ‘Last Last’ hitmaker will be one of the few world celebrities to achieve this feat. Only 12 acts, including BTS, Ed Sheeran, Beyonce, Michael Jackson, Madonna, One Direction, and a few others have sold out the 90,000-capacity stadium since it was built.

He recently performed at the stadium with Ed Sheeran. The duo performed ‘For My Hand’ which featured the British singer.
Burna Boy's July UK show sold out in less than three minutes, forcing organizers to add a second performance. Tickets to the initial performance sold out in three minutes, according to a tweet from Banquet Records.
In April 2022, he had yet another groundbreaking performance at Madison Square Garden in New York. He made history by being the first Nigerian musician to totally sell out a venue in the US.
Many of his American supporters now refer to him as the "King of New York," and he says he felt a rush of pride at receiving such a high honour.
