Burna Boy continues to score odds in his music career now announcing the release of a remix of his smash hit "Last Last” with UK rapper Santan Dave.

He tweeted a snapshot of the upcoming remix. The song continues to be at the top of the chart of music described as "heartbreak songs."

Speaking recently during an interview with an American podcast, Million Dollaz Worth of Game, he opened up on the intrigues behind this hit.

Burna Boy disclosed that the popular American R&B singer Toni Braxton receives 60 per cent of royalties from "Last Last” off his sixth studio album ‘Love Damini’.

The Grammy Award winner explained that he had long desired to sample Toni Braxton's R&B smash from the year 2000 titled "He Wasn't Man Enough”. He eventually convinced his music producer Chopsticks to make it happen for him.

The megastar of Afrobeats went on to say that despite Braxton getting the lion’s share of the royalties, he is pretty okay with it because all he cares about is making great music.

‘Love Damini’ has 19 tracks, featuring a host of artists among them Ed-Sheeran, Victony, Kehlani, Ed Sheeran and Popcaan.

His first album L.I.F.E came out in 2013 and was followed up by On a Spaceship (2015), Outside (2018), African Giant (2019), and Twice as Tall (2020).
