Kizz Daniel Releases Buga Video Feat Tekno (Watch)

Kizz Daniel has finally released the much-anticipated music video for his hit single ‘Buga’ featuring Tekno.

The video dropped on Wednesday evening and fans trooped to YouTube to see it. Three hours into its premiere, there were already 3,200 comments praising his art and just under 24 hours of release the video has already hit 1.2 million views on the video streaming platform. 

‘Buga’ is a huge song and its audio got Nigeria and entire Africa in a frenzy. The Buga Challenge is still trending on Instagram and TikTok with hundreds of thousands of entries and over 250 million views. A few days ago, Liberian President George Weah performed the “Buga Challenge” in front of thousands of his country people, smoothly incorporating the unique dancing step to bolster the record's positive message.

As Kizz Daniel explained to Sunday Scoop, Buga was created to honour hard effort, accomplishment, and a positive attitude. He co-wrote the song with the multitalented singer, songwriter and music producer, Tekno. Using Buga's lyrics as inspiration, Kizz Daniel and Tekno make a valid point that people should be proud of their hard work.

Fans have a lot of positive things to say about the video which is quite colourful and shot in a carnival setting.
