Africa Day: Top Music stars Davido, Zuchu, Dbanj,Busiswa Set To Highlight YouTube Concert

As we commemorate this day, we remember the achievements of people all around Africa, as well as the problems they still face. But at the same time, we can choose to look at the brighter side of it too.

The Africa Day Concert, now in its third year, will be hosted by celebrity actor and musician Idris Elba, as it has been in the past three years.

For instance, we get to appreciate Africa’s milestones in the music scene. With all the diversity the people in Africa have, the uniques sounds across the continent have paved the way for greatness for many artists.

The concert aims to unite Africans, Africans in the Diaspora, and people from all over the world together to celebrate a continent that is home to over 1.5 billion people and produces new forms of cultural expression.

In the show, various African artists are expected to perform including  Busiswa (South Africa),Ckay (Nigeria),Davido (Nigeria),Dbanj (Nigeria), Drizilik (Sierra Leone), Innoss’B (Congo),Kamo Mpela (South Africa),Mayorkun (Nigeria), Reekado Banks (Nigeria), Yemi Alade (Nigeria), Zuchu (Tanzania).
