Undoubtedly one of the biggest rap artists from Africa, South Africa’s AKA is one rock that rolls even uphill! With his numerous nominations, awards and hit records, he might soon need an even bigger trophy room because his awards are only going to get more!

He was recently nominated for Ghana Music Awards in the African Artist Of The Year category. He shared the news on Twitter saying: “It's an honor to be nominated in the AFRICAN ARTISTE OF THE YEAR category at the 2015 GHANA MUSIC AWARDS ”

In the same category are the likes of Tiwa Savage, Yemi Alade, Patoranking, and Tanzanian pop star, Diamond Platnumz. This is one face off that cannot be decided by simply rolling the dice but with AKA’s reputation and repetition, the dice might just land in his favor!
