Former lead singer, band member and founder of Adawnage band Kaki is back with a new single dubbed ‘Majeshi’.
“‘Majeshi’ is a praise song that reminds us of the victory we have in God. He fights all our battles and makes a way where there seems to be no way. The Lord shall fight for you, and you shall hold your peace,” Kaki posted while sharing the song.

Kaki who relocated to the US following her divorce and break up with her former band members is delighted about this latest project which marks a new beginning for her solo musical career.
“Cheza vinanda, vigelegele, cheza kayamba, Mungu wa majeshi yuko hapa Wamajeshi, wamajeshi uinuliwe eeeh, uinuliwe Wamajeshi, wamajeshi uinuliwe eeeh, eeeeh,” the song’s lyrics read in part.
The song has already gained traction online with thousands of streams in popular music streaming platforms. It has also been featured on gospel music and gospel flow.
