In the song ‘Legend’ from his ‘B-East’ album, Bobby expresses his gratitude to Chef directly. Another instance occurred during a Deejay Showstar interview, during which Bobby East admitted that he respected Chef 187.

This sparked a great deal of discussion in the business, especially after Chef remained silent. Chef's deafening silence gave fans reason to suspect that there was a rift between the two hip-hop artists.

Bobby came across as someone who was putting pressure on the situation. The connection had a toxic quality to it. Chef, on the other hand, has finally broken his silence, which is encouraging.
