According to Moca, his music delivers a powerful message of hope and healing. This new piece of art conveys a message of soul healing as well as the development of interpersonal relationships with the audience.
As a result of his musically inclined family, Moca developed a deep appreciation for music from an early age.
“The Mokgalakas are a musical family, and therefore I was not given a choice. I had to sing to keep the family singing tradition going,” he tells IOL.

Moca started singing in church events when he discovered that his music healed a lot of broken souls. While studying at the University of Limpopo, Moca linked up with boyhood friends KD Harms and Cliff Lambane.
They established the band known as ‘Sacred’. Since then, his musical interests became more than a recreational activity. It was managed by radio icon Sydney Baloyi, who was successful in getting them paid engagements in Limpopo during his tenure there.
Although Given Mkhari of Power FM and Capricorn FM advised him to pursue music as a career in college, he pondered over the idea but finally did it.
