Popular Ugandan Luga flow rapper Saint Nelly-Sade has released his annual jam ‘Rap Up 2021'; rounding up all the major events that took place in the country over the past year.

The song starts off with some of the hilarious voice overs that made rounds on the media including Bobi Wine's famous 'Kati Tusimbudde' jargon that went viral online.

Some of the events he highlights include; the general presidential elections that came with a rollercoaster of emotions like the internet switch off, the tally center drama, Bobi Wine's arrest, the viral American ship, Bobi Wine's Bulletproof car, the artists' trip to Gulu, the Cafe Javas' smoothie with a rat, second COVID wave, O.S's arrest of journalists, Afghan ladies, Katatumba's shooting and Nabanja's 100K among others.

Just like most of his 'Rap Ups', the hilarious 8-minute song was produced by Yung Jey Basalesale.

Nelly-Sade started his career rapping in English before switching to Luganda. He is currently one of the few artists that have tried to promote rap in indigenous languages.

For the past six years, St Nelly-Sade has been doing yearly round-up songs which have been received well by fans thanks to his poetic prowess. They are always a collection of viral trends, jokes and news that trended the previous year.
