Fast-rising South African musician Prince Benza has released a new song dubbed ‘Ma Yellowbone’ featuring Makhadzi.
Makhadzi celebrates all women in this song more so, by appreciating their stature. She brings out beautiful plus size women as well as those with toned bodies.
Her charming vocals are, as usual, on point with Venda taking reign. She sings in her native language and appreciates that her music still goes viral even with it although not all South Africans understand it.

Nonetheless, Prince Benza adds the spice to the song with his magical voice. Everything about ‘Ma Yelllowbone’ - especially the visuals - is perfect and well-thought out.
This is the fourth song Makhadzi is featuring Prince Benza just before the year ends. She featured him in ‘Ganama’ which is now platinum in Mzansi, then ‘Budget’ followed by ‘Muvhili Wanga’.
‘Ma Yellowbone’ may have been inspired by an act of body shaming which Makhadzi was a victim of a few months ago during a concert in Malawi.

She blamed it all on her photographer who decided to promote his work using this very photo that sparked a body shaming spree. The ‘Ganama’ hit maker insists that while she feels sorry for it all, she cannot change her physique and she is proud of how she looks.
"I would like to apologise to all my fans if you are disappointed about my pictures. There were a lot of beautiful pictures that the cameraman was going to post, but he choose to post this to promote his brand but forgetting the damage he is doing to my soul,” she wrote on Instagram.
