DJ Mzenga Man Hails Macky 2 for His Generosity & Support to the Industry

Popular Zambian DJ-cum-producer Mzenga Man has hailed veteran musician Macky 2, terming him one of the most generous artists in the country.

According to Mzenga Man, Macky 2 is always ready to support anyone in need. He further noted that he gives his time to all those who need it.

“One thing many people may not know is that this guy is one of the most generous artists of our time. He freely gives many times,” Mzenga Man wrote on his Facebook page.

 “A lot of artist's behind the scenes will agree with me that when it comes to helping out be it physically, emotionally or financially on most issues, he doesn't hesitate, he always does the needful at the point of need. I don’t understand how he manages, but surely, it’s one of his major strengths. He has a big heart,” he added.

Most artists who responded to the post affirmed that Macky 2 indeed has a big heart for the people. One of them is O’nelly music who had something special to say about the ‘It’s A Pity’ hit maker.

“Here is a simple true story that will help other people understand the kind of a person macky2 really is. One day we called Macky 2 for a show, he charged us a certain amount to perform and we paid 50%, the other 50% was to be settled after his performance. Unfortunately, the show was not advertised well so not much was made, we then decided to source for some money just so Macky2 can be cleared. We took the money to him and explained how the show turned out and his question was, "so now how are you going to sort out other bills? " We told him not to worry coz what matters was that his money was in full. Macky2 gave back half of that money to us and said,"sort out the bills and don't give up. It's been years but my friends and I are still speechless. This guy has a big heart.” O’nelly posted.

Nexus Music CEO KB Killa Beats, TBwoy and Trina South all agreed that Macky 2 has a good heart.

“Very true. He gave me a free Feature on James, shared my first hit. He literally put me on the map,” Trina South recalled.
