T-Bwoy Releases New Album ‘Wisi Tamika’

Zambian artist T Bwoy has released a new dancehall album dubbed ‘Wisi Tamika’.

The new album has 18 tracks, featuring some of the biggest artists in Zambia including; Chef 187, T-Low, T-Sean among others.

He has also included a remix of his two songs; ‘Open Your Eyes’ and ‘It Could Be You’.

There has been a lot anxious wait for the album given how much he hyped it on social media. He would share snippets of some of the songs which whipped up expectations by fans.

 ‘Wisi Tamika’ comes a fortnight before his major performance in Seattle, US for the Independence Bonanza.

 T Bwoy’s musical career dates back to 2003 when he recorded his first song that introduced him to the musical scene. In 2006, he released his first album ‘Amama’ under Super Shine Investment loosely translating to ‘My Mother’.

 It was an instant hit as he celebrated his mother who died in 2001. But, 2008 came with his biggest break in the industry after the release of ‘Mwati Uziba’.

He later released a third album ‘The Other Side’ in 2010 under his label Dweet which later rebranded to Bizzy Baila – co-partnering with T-Sean.
