Super talented Nigerian singer and rapper, Cheque has released a new song.

Titled 'Call Me Baby', the new song accompanied by an Afrobeats sound with a fusion of R&B is love-themed.

The song released on July 22 2021, sees super boy Cheque cruise in romantic lyrics to the woman that has taken over his heart.

'Can I call you baby? I’m in the mood, Come on my cruise Let me call you baby. I call the shots, you call the shots Now you a boss, you the ON," Cheque sings in the introductory lyrics of the new single.

"Come be my baby be my dawg Come let me beat that ass that’s how I learnt to drum Wipe your tears o baby don’t ever cry If Superboy gat you then you good and you good for life yeah," read another line in the song.

'Call Me Baby' is the second single that the singer has released this 2021. He started off the year with a collaboration with his fellow singer Fireboy DML in the single 'History'.

The exciting singer and rapper currently signed to Phyno's Penthauze Records is among musicians expected to release an album before the end of the year.

Cheque whose official name is Akanbi Bamidele Brett gained more media attention with his 2020 single – Zoom – which topped several music charts.
