Vyper Ranking Joins Wan Base Afrique Record Label

Fast-rising Ugandan dancehall artist Vyper Ranking has signed under a new record label named Wan Base Afrique.

While making the announcement, Vyper Ranking noted that signing with Wan Base Afrique is a big deal for him since he was financially handicapped to release and promote more music.

"The good thing is that they signed me with my management. I have so much music and the quality is going to increase too. I take this as a very big chance to fulfill my dream because my management and I have goals but were suffocated by lack of finances.

"Our goal was to take my music on an international level but we all know it needs money. We needed a third party to help us with this,” he said.

According to Vyper Ranking, several people had approached him with management deals, but he turned them down as he was keen on getting a label that will help him grow.

"I stayed put and never gave in. As you know God doesn't disappoint, we approached someone who praised my music and connected me to my new record label," he said during a recent interview.

Following the transitions, fans are now hoping that Vyper Ranking will be releasing more music consistently.
