John Blaq Shares Challenges he Faced During Lockdown & How he Navigated Them

Fast-rising Ugandan artist John Blaq has opened up on the challenges that came with the lockdown and how he was able to navigate them as a budding artist. Speaking during a recent interview, John Blaq revealed that he survived on revenue from caller tunes and digital streaming platforms.
According to John Blaq, despite the challenges that came with the lockdown, he was able to achieve all his dreams and goals for the year 2020.
"The lockdown was and is still a testing time but I'm stronger. I had some setbacks with my former management who took all my cars, money, social media channels and if you ain't strong, you can end your life because of the trauma.

"After all that I needed to look at what next for my fans. I don't blame them for demanding more because they have supported me. I have no excuse because I made money from my music so I had to look for avenues to make sure I feed my fans. They are like babies and don't care about what you're going through but the music," he stated.
John Blaq encouraged other artists to fight as hard as they can to make sure they stay relevant to fans through their music releases.
